This module will enhance Director understanding of modern slavery and the legislative reporting requirements, and outline Board responsibilities and accountabilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).

Learning outcomes
By the end of this module, Board members will have a better understanding of their responsibilities and accountabilities for modern slavery risk management and what to do when instances of modern slavery are identified. The course poses practical questions for Board members to consider to ensure their company meets customer, investor and community expectations for managing and reporting on modern slavery risks.
